Riley County Authorities Search for Robber
A shaken store clerk called RCPD about 12:30 this morning, and has offered a description of the man who held up the store where she works. Riley County Police are hoping you can help them, find him.

MANHATTAN -- Riley County Police are asking for the public's help in finding the person who held up a store clerk on Kimball Avenue this morning.
The Riley County Police Department received a call just after midnight Friday, from the clerk of Dara’s Fast Lane # 2, at 3270 Kimball Avenue, stating that he had just been robbed. The investigation has revealed that one suspect entered the store with a shot gun and ordered the clerk and one patron that were in the store to lie on the floor. The suspect took an undetermined amount of cash from the cash register drawer and fled the store south bound dropping some of the cash that he took.
The suspect is described as a possible Hispanic male; 5’06” to 5’8”, medium build, wearing camouflaged pants, and a light gray hooded sweatshirt with two black bandanas’s covering his face.
There were no shots fired, and no injuries.
