Congresswoman Nancy Boyda went to Osawatomie today to see the flood damage as well as the recovery efforts.

Boyda met with city and county officials as well as with representatives from FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the National Flood Insurance Program

Boyda also visited the Disaster Recovery Center at Osawatomie High School before walking through flooded areas.

Boyda also met with home and business owners who were affected by June's floods.

I'AM SO GLAD THAT NANCY CAME TO OUR LITTLE TOWN OF OSAWATOMIE SHE EVEN CAME TO MY HOME .SHE A REAL NICE IAM ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES I GOT TO SPEAK TO HER ABOUT THE FLOOD OF 2007 THAT GOT OUR HOME. THINK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR OSAWATOMIE.
