Tempers Flare at Coffeyville Town Meeting

A Coffeyville woman was handcuffed and forced out of a community meeting Thursday.
The meeting was called at the Coffeyville Community College to take questions and provide answers for residents who've suffered from severe flooding this week.
But officials were met by anger from several citizens.
One woman who wouldn't stop yelling was handcuffed by police and forced to leave the hall.
The mayor asked for order after the outburst.
Representatives of an oil company apologized for a massive spill that's allowed 42,000 gallons of oil into local waterways.
Meanwhile, bottled water is being trucked into flood-stricken areas of southeast Kansas, where water treatment plants are down because of high water or power loss.
Sharon Watson at Kansas Emergency Management says crews are working to get several semi-loads of bottled water to Wilson County generally as well as Coffeyville, Independence and Fredonia.
