(WIBW) - 13 News has learned the Riley County Attorney's office is looking into allegations against Ogden mayor Jimmy Bond.
Last week, the Riley County Clerk's office confirmed it was working to verify a recall petition against Bond. Bond came under fire for firing employees of the city pool last summer, forcing it to close.
Riley County Attorney Barry Wilkerson says his office is looking into two specific allegations in the petition. He'll investigate then decide whether there's any basis to file charges.
