Weather Blamed In Fatal Accident
The wintry weather is being blamed for a deadly accident in Ness county, Kansas Sunday.

The wintry weather is being blamed for a deadly accident in Ness county, Kansas Sunday.
Kansas Highway Patrol Officers were on the scene at 8:30 Sunday morning.
They say 18-year-old Joshua Stieben was driving a Ford pick up about nine miles north of Ness City when it lost control on the ice and snow packed road.
The truck then struck multiple trees before falling into a ditch, it finally came to rest on the passenger side in the trees
