He should be shackled for what he has done. He KNEW what he was doing, and he didn't care. He's lying to the press. As a person in the medical profession, I can tell you that he wasn't told he could travel. He was trusted to NOT travel, and to start on a regimine of anti-TB drugs. He did what he wanted to do: Go on his honeymoon, and to HELL with those in his path. I don't care if they shackle him to the bed (and I'm a compassionate nurse!). I know he's lying, and I know what he's done to innocents out there. I couldn't even step into his room without a specially-fitted mask, which would prevent me from inhaling his fatally-infected air. He knew and he DID NOT CARE. As far as he was concerned, YOU could die, your CHILD could die, YOUR mother could die....HE DID NOT CARE! As long as he could enjoy screwing his new wife....HE DID NOT CARE THAT HE WAS INFECTING OTHERS!
