Rick Kloos bought a moving van to help his clients during the moving process...and to give his business an edge. Reporter: Katherine MerriamEmail Address: katherine.merriam@wibw.com |

Are you trying to sell your house? According to the National Association of Realtors, the market is the worst it's been since 2003. 13's Katherine Merriam talked to one Topeka real estate agent who's changing the business.
Rick Kloos and his wife noticed that there was a decline in the real estate business, so they decided to take matters into their own hands...literally.
To help out their clients, Kloos and his wife bought a moving truck. When someone buys or sells with them, they get the truck for 48 hours. Kloos knows all about moving; he used to flip houses for a living and he moved eight times in nine years.
Kloos said, "we know moving can be a hassle, and it's nice to have this available for them."
Kloos has had the truck for two weeks and he's already helped one person move, and has another scheduled for this week. He says he got the idea from a national realtor's magazine, but doesn't know anyone else in Topeka doing anything quite like it.
