Iola Kids Strap on Dancing Shoes to Help Seneca Students

Students at one school put on their dancing shoes to help students in Northeast Kansas.
Almost 215 students at Iola Middle School strapped on their dancing shoes for 12 hours to raise money for the students at Seneca Grade School and Junior High which when up in flames March 10.
Today the students and staff of iola presented Seneca's Superintendent Brian Harris and Principal Amy Beck with a check for the money they raised during their dance-a-thon.
Iola students raised more than $6,100 for the students at Seneca.
They also presented the school with a white board and poster signed by all of the Iola students who participated.
