Perry police officers found 77-year-old Oliver "Richard" Goza 3 miles outside Perry. A driver spotted Goza's gray Ford van at US 24 and K-4. Perry police officers then headed there and found Goza Friday.
Goza told police officers he traveled all the way to the Colorado border and once there turned back, Perry Police Chief Ramon Gonzalez said.
Jefferson County authorities issued a Silver Alert after Goza's neighbors reported him missing Thursday.
