The Manhattan City Commission seats have finally been decided- by a coin toss.

Bob Strawn and Bruce Snead each won a four-year seat on the city commission last week. But Jim Sherow and Jayme Morris-Hardeman were only separated by a four-vote margin.

This morning a provisional ballot count was held and the two were tied. Jim Sherow was announced the winner after a coin toss to decide the race.

Morris-Hardeman had held the seat for 2 years before Sherow unseated her Monday morning.

Where did you get the information that Morris-Hardeman had held her seat for 17 years before today?? She was elected to her first and only two year term in 2005.
