Authorities charged the man accused of abducting a Kansas teen.
Brown County authorities charged 21 year old Roy Hernandez with one count contributing to child misconduct and one count driving with a cancelled, suspended or revoked licensed.
He is the man accused of taking 17 year old Tara Simhiser last tuesday from her Marion County home.

She was 7 and she went with him because she wanted to. In Russia, the age of consent is FOURTEEN because they're a civilized country. In just a few months, he could MARRY her and nobody would say anything. Think about that. So they are still calling it an abduction, but he is charged with contributing to misconduct??? That sounds like she went with him on her own terms, therefore not really an abduction?????? Her parents need to monitor her myspace it was a little mature for her age!
