A new Miss Wheelchair Kansas was crowned earlier today. Three finalists gave their platform presentations to the judges over at the Holiday Inn Holidome in Topeka. |

A new Miss Wheelchair Kansas was crowned earlier today.
Three finalists gave their platform presentations to the judges over at the Holiday Inn Holidome in Topeka.
When the votes were tallied, Lorraine Cannistra of Lawrence, KS was crowned Miss Wheelchair Kansas. It was the third annual pageant.
Cannistra's platform speech was called 'Use Your Power' and focused on how people with disabilities can be confident with who they are and how they compassionately live a productive life.
