USD-501 Receives Grant

The Head Start program at USD-501 has more than one million reasons to smile on Wednesday.
U.S. senator Pat Roberts announced a more than $1.4 million grant for the program today. The grant will fund early learning programs and provide training for childcare providers and teachers to become educators.
The funds came from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services offices of children and families.
