Lebanon, PA (CBS) - Town hall forums on the health care debate are turning rocky for some members of Congress.

A near-skirmish developed between two men at a session held by Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter Tuesday. Specter, a native of Russell, Kansas, native helped calm the situation by letting the man speak his mind.

"I don’t care how damn crooked you are," the man yelled, pointing a finger at Specter's chest. "I’m not a lobbyist with all kinds of money to stuff in your pocket, so that you can cheat the citizens of this country."

The man finished speaking and left. As he walked out, Specter told the crowd they had seen a demonstration of democracy.
