Man Accused Of Practicing Law Without License To Appear In Kansas Supreme Court

Topeka (WIBW) - A Topeka man accused of practicing law without a license will appear before the Kansas Supreme Court next month.

Attorney General Steve Six is asking the court to find that David Martin Price has been practicing law without a license.

Six is also asking the court that price be held in indirect contempt of court for have violating the court's December 2007.

But Price says the AG is violating his constitutional rights. Price says he filed documents Friday to have the case moved to federal court.

Price says the law allows for a person to have a nonlicensed representative in administrative matters.
