(Topeka, KS) - Fort Riley held a ceremony Monday morning to honor fallen soldiers. Col. Richard Piscal, Ft. Riley Garrison Commander, spoke at the ceremony. A wreath was presented in honor of all of the soldiers who have given their lives for our country and freedom.
