Two of the capital city's most recognizable local establishments earned special recognition from the topeka chamber of commerce Wednesday
PT's Coffee and Jayhawk File Express each won the Chamber's Small Business Award.
They picked up their awards during a special ceremony at Washburn University.
It is the 29th year for the Awards, held in the middle of the chamber's Small Business Week.
