Searchers on Tuesday found the bodies of two people missing since a torrential flash flood swept their vehicles off the Kansas Turnpike over the weekend.
The body of Melissa Rogers, 33, of Liberty, Missouri, was found about an hour after daylight in a flood-swollen pond, about two miles from Interstate 35.
Her four children, ages two to eight, drowned in the high water. Their bodies were recovered earlier. The second body found was that of Al Larsen, 31, of Fort Worth, Texas.
His vehicle was knocked off the turnpike by a wall of water estimated at seven feet high.
A total of six people died in the flash flood.
