The sentencing of a former USD 501 paraprofessional on aggravated indecent liberties and criminal sodomy with a child charges is delayed for a second time.
38-year-old Jennifer Liskey was due in court Thursday. She now has a docket hearing set for June 18th.
Liskey pleaded no contest for incidents with a student while she worked at Robinson Middle School.
Under a plea bargain, prosecutors agreed to recommend Liskey serve three years post release supervision, but Jessica's Law requires supervision continue for life. Attorneys have been working to resolve those issues.
