A man accused of killing two sisters in Florida has been arrested in Kansas.
David Richard Patton is being held in the Shawnee County jail as a fugitive from justice.
The 37 year old Indiana man was arrested last night in Topeka.
Florida authorities plan to extradite Patton to face two counts of capital murder in the deaths of the 62 and 64 year old sisters. Their bodies were found two weeks ago in a burning home in North Fort Myers, Florida.
Investigators believe the fire was set in an attempt to cover up their murders.
Fingerprint evidence linked Patton to the killings. He also faces one count each of theft, burglary and auto theft.
