AG Six Secures New Tobacco Settlement Funds

Kansas will receive $4.5 million in a new tobacco settlement money.
Attorney General Stephen Six made the announcement Thursday. The companies had been withholding the money.

Six says the money will go directly to the Kansas Endowment for Youth Fund and help offset potential budget cuts being considered by the legislature.
