WICHITA, Kan. Four people are dead and three others hurt following an overnight fire at a mobile home in east Wichita.

Firefighters were dispatched to a mobile home fire in the 600 block of North Goebel shortly 3 a.m.

Firefighters found several victims at the scene, including two children found side-by-side in a bed. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Two adults also died in the fire.

Three others, including two adults and another child, were injured. A firefighter also suffered minor injuries fighting the fire.

Investigators believe a candle caused the fire. It's unclear if there was a working smoke detector in the mobile home.

Hours before, firefighters had been out to the same mobile home park on an unrelated fire.
