In 1951 we were married and the home we started in, there was no electricity. In about 1953 we were lucky enough to be hooked up to electricity after the men cut half a mile of hedge trees. One of the first things we bought was a black and white television. It must have been when you went on air. Anyway, we watched the news and thought it was great. And of course we loved to watch Gunsmoke.
