That spells pressure at the Seaman School District Spelling Bee. Sixth grader David Haskell became a spelling bee champ today in the auditorium of Seaman High School after spelling perfectly in the fourth round.
The Pleasant Hill Elementary student competed with seven other students from the Seaman school district. Each student represented their respective school.
About 150 students cheered on their classmates from the audience. The district bee is an annual tradition for fourth through sixth graders in the Seaman district.
