Topeka police say they got the call around 5:20 that workers making repairs to a house in the 1300 block of Fillmore found the substance in an upstairs bedroom.

Hazmat and Topeka police narcotics units responded to the scene and processed the substance.

It was not considered dangerous, but police are still investigating.
