Democratic attorney general candidate Paul Morrison has started airing campaign ads on television - ahead of Republican incumbent Phill Kline.

Morrison is the Johnson County district attorney. Today, he started airing two, 30-second ads on Topeka stations and Wichita stations.

One ad show Morrison and his family, and the other focuses on Morrison's record as a prosecutor. Both ads end by saying Morrison has -- quote -- ``the right priorities.

A Kline spokeswoman says the campaign will be airing its ads soon, but wouldn't say when they might start.
