Ex-Hyundai Exec Extradited from Korea to SoCal

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) _ A former Hyundai executive is being
extradited from South Korea to face felony charges from a 2005
wreck that killed a motorcyclist.

Youn Bum Lee was arrested in December in Seoul and was to arrive
Friday at Los Angeles International Airport.

District attorney spokeswoman Susan Schroeder says he will be
arraigned Monday in Orange County on charges of gross vehicular
manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with
injury and hit-and-run with injury or death.

Lee allegedly crashed his company-issued car in Santa Ana after
drinking with colleagues.

Motorcyclist Ryan Dallas Cook struck Lee's car and was hit by
other vehicles.

It wasn't immediately clear if Lee had retained an attorney in Orange County.
