Business Owners Facing Obscenity Charges Are In Court
The pre-trials for owners of four businesses charged with violating the state's obscenity law have been delayed.

The pre-trials for owners of four businesses charged with violating the state's obscenity law have been delayed. Attorneys for the owners of Adult Entertainment Center, Sinsations, After Dark Video and Some Like It Hot asked for the pre-trials to be continued.
An anti-pornography group gathered enough signatures to call a grand jury to investigate wether the shops violated the state's obscenity law. The pre-trials for owners' of Pricillas charged with violations are set for December 13th. The others are set for October 19th.
