KS St. Senator Talks to Topeka High School about Blood Donation
Students were also presented with an offer from Noller Ford if they donated.

Senator Vicki Schmidt spoke to students about new law designed to encourage blood donations and get people to roll up their sleeves.
Touting a new law, Senate Bill 426, recently signed by Gov. Sebelius and armed with an offer from a Ford dealership, Sen. Schmidt discussed the merits of the new bill which allows 16 year old to give blood.
