Official details are slow in coming after the Tragedy in Scranton. Osage County law enforcement confirms they don't have anyone in custody and aren't searching for anyone the day after four peopele were found dead in a Scranton Home, three of them children. A blaze set in the home has been ruled arson.

"They always say 'you never think it would happen in Scranton', well you never think it would happen anywhere!" Tim Smith lives two doors down from the crime scene, the home of Michael and Amy Shirley. He says his son played football with the oldest Shirley child.

"One day you're playing football and then the next day, this happens," Smith says shaking his head.

USD 434 School officials confirmed to media that three students have died. Neighbors say the Shirley's three children, two boys and a girl, were all students at Carbondale School.

Neighbors we spoke to also say Michael Shirley kept to himself. "I didn't see him much except walking to the post office out of the blue...He bought a lot of lottery tickets at Casey's," Steve Ferris said. Ferris lives across the street from the Shirley home.

The Kansas Lottery confirmed Michael Scranton hit it big in 2007 winning $20,000.00

The Osage County Sheriff's office has declined to release the identity of the victims and is awaiting an autopsy report and expects to release more information Wednesday afternoon.

I didn't know this family but my thoughts and prayers are for Amy and her family. I cant believe that a father who has issues can take it out on his children. What kind of sicko can kill a young innocent child that had a life to live. I do hope the s.o.b suffered before he finally died.

It states Michael Scranton hit the lottery in 2007. Do they mean Michael Shirley?
