Big Brothers Big Sisters worked with the Fraternal Order of Police and the Kansas City Royals to give 100 kids $100 to spend for Christmas. Meet one big and little pair that took that opportunity.

Tim Drummer joined the program because he says he knows kids need mentoring these days. "A lot of kids have no one to look up to. And I enjoy that, being involved with young kids, showing them life and the right path."

Drummer has been paired with 11-year-old James Stephenson for seven months and it's been a perfect match. "I couldn't have asked for anything better," Drummer says.

James feels the same way. "I like hanging out with him...It feels really good like someone is trying to help me with my life."
