The Wamego Police Department and Wamego Public School officials are investigating what they call a threatening list. The school reported Wednesday that police received a call from a concerned parent Monday which led police to launch an investigation.
About twenty names of both students and teachers was found. Four of those students were interviewed and two were determined to be the ones that made the list. School officials say they are taking all appropriate measures to keep students safe.
No names have been released and all information is being forwarded to the Pottawatomie County Attorney.
