Kansas Supreme Court Justices' Son Facing Forgery and Theft Charges

The son of Kansas Supreme Court Justice Eric Rosen is facing forgery and theft charges in Shawnee County District Court. The official court complaint specifies the forgery charge against Jacob Rosen comes in relation to a 2007 real estate contract.

The theft complaint cites an incident involving the theft of the drug Lortab, with a value of less than a thousand dollars. Jacob Rosen is scheduled to appear in court December 31st.
