A court hearing is set for the Topeka police officer involved in an off-duty shooting incident last spring. Jason Judd will be in court March 26th, more than a year after the shootings.

He faces two counts of battery, one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and a criminal trespass charge. He's charged in the shootings of brothers Daniel and Devin Llamas at a southwest Topeka home.

Three other TPD officers were involved in the shooting but are not charged.
