Hearing Set in Child Sex Offense Case

A Topeka man accused of sexual offenses against children under the age of fourteen will proceed to a preliminary hearing.

A November court date had been set for Keith Massey to enter a plea in the case. Instead, court records show Massey's appointed attorney motioned to withdraw from the case. The motion was granted and a new attorney was appointed. A preliminary date is now set for February 12th.

Massey faces eleven charges, including rape and sodomy.
