A man who pleaded no contest to a Topeka murder wants to take that plea back.
Rashawn Anderson was charged with premeditated first degree murder in the July 2005 shooting death of 19-year old Christopher Caraway.
Anderson entered his plea in August but now wants to withdraw it. He argues his sentence for the Topeka crime was to run concurrent to time for an earlier conviction in a 2006 Lawrence murder.
Final arguments from attorneys were due Thursday. No word when the judge might rule.
