A trial date has been set for the Topeka man charged with voluntary and involuntary manslaughter.
42-year-old Darwin David Law is accused in the stabbing death of 45-year-old Jon A. Chiselom in September. It happened in a stairwell at 513 Southwest Taylor.
Police say Law and Chiselom knew each other and were arguing before the stabbing.
A jury trial is set for February 16.
