Sheltered Living's "Festival of Trees" entrants were ready to face the judges Wednesday.
Seventy decorated trees and wreaths were on display, some sporting KU, KSU and Washburn colors.
The Mayor's Choice award went to a more traditional tree. The WIBW Favorite was a tree that combined KU and K-State, created by Silver Lake Schools. (A full list of winners is attached.)
The Festival of Trees continues through Sunday at the Expocentre's Ag Hall. Admission is three dollars for adults, senior citizens are two dollars, and children under 12 get in free.
