A sentencing date was set Thursday for a day care provider, convicted in the death of a child who was in her care at the time. Michelle Bolze-Sann, 35, was found guilty last week of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated endangering of a child in the July 2007 death of Zachary Typer.
Authorities say the boy couldn't breathe after he slipped between the mattress and footboard while at the licensed day care operated by Bolze-Sann.
Sentencing is set for January 9th.
