Zachary Typer was six months old when he passed away. In those short months the bouncing baby boy stole the hearts of the congregation at St. David's Episcopal Church.

After his funeral in July 2007, Fr. Don Davidson came up with an idea to help the Typer family and their friends remember Zachary. He offered to name the future playground at the church after Zachary. The Typer family welcomed this idea and gave donations given to Zachary's memorial to the playground fund.

"Part of the theme at St. David's has been out of ashes we will rise. And so even out of the death of this tiny little baby there will be a place for children to play," said Fr. Davidson.

If you would like to make a donation in honor of Zachary for the playground you can send it to:
