(Lyndon, KS)--World War Two veterans are making a special trip to Washington, D.C. and it won't be costing them a dime.

Students at Lyndon High School, in addition to "Honor Flight" have been raising money through fundraisers to bring the vets to the World War Two memorial in the Capital of our nation.

Some of the vets have made the emotional trip before, and say they are glad they did. Some will be seeing the tribute for the first time, and are prepared for the raw emotion of the first moment they see it.

Click the video to hear from the vets themselves on this tremendous program.
