Tuesday's wet weather didn't stop a Veterans Day ceremony from going on at Washburn University.
Activities were moved into the union to make spectators more comfortable.
About 100 people turned out to listen to Maj. Gen. Tod Bunting, KS Adjutant General, address the crowd.
Bunting talked to the group about veterans and the role they have played in securing freedom for the country.
This was the 22nd annual ceremony hosted by Washburn.
