The daycare provider convicted of involuntary manslaughter will have her sentencing hearing scheduled later this week. 35-year-old Michelle Bolze-Sann was found guilty late last Friday.
A hearing to schedule her sentencing will be held Thursday the thirteenth.
The charges against Bolze-Sann stem from the July 2007 death of Zachary Typer.
Authorities say the boy couldn't breathe after he slipped between the mattress and foot-board while at the licensed daycare operated by Bolze-Sann.
