2 Men Found Dead in Madison Co. Home

WILLLIAMSON, Ill. (AP) _ Officials say more than 30 people from
agencies, including the St. Louis region's major case squad, are
working on the killings of a man and his stepfather in Madison
County.
Police say the bodies of 48-year-old Kelly W. Jackson and
68-year-old John McAfee were found Sunday in the home near the
village of Williamson.
Police say both men lived at the house, and McAfee was Jackson's
stepfather.
Major John Lakin, of the Madison County Sheriff's Department
says family members asked police to check on the home's residents.
A deputy found the men dead.
Authorities say McAfee's wife, Gloria, who also was Jackson's
mother, died Oct. 5 following a surgical procedure.
