Officer Involved in Off-Duty Shooting to Face All Charges Filed

A Topeka police officer involved in an off-duty shooting incident back in March will face all charges filed against him.

Court records show a judge Tuesday denied a motion to dismiss one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of criminal trespass against Jason Judd.

Those counts were added to two counts of intentional aggravated battery in the shootings of brothers Daniel and Devin Llamas at a Southwest Topeka home.

Three other TPD officers were involved in the shooting but they have not been charged.
