The Shawnee County Commission Heard more about the Heartland Visioning project today. Topeka Chamber of Commerce member, Marsha Sheahan spoke about the details of the Visioning project, including some of the core values set aside for the community.
Sheahan said the plan included the importance of trust as a core value, improved economic development, education and advancements in the quality of life for those living in the community.
The final Heartland Visioning community-wide meeting will be help Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Henderson Learning Resource
Center at Washburn University in Room 100.
