Topeka Man's Sentencing Delayed in Murder Case

Sentencing is delayed for a man accused in a Topeka murder because he wants to back out of a plea. Rashawn Anderson pleaded no contest to first degree murder in the July 2005 shooting death of Christopher Caraway.

Two other men were also convicted. Anderson was set to be sentenced Wednesday but he's made a motion to withdraw his plea. The state wants to hear evidence why it should be allowed that hearing is set for November 25th.
