Kansas Woman Pleads No Contest to Helping Contender Escape

A woman pleaded no contest Friday to charges she helped a sexual predator escape from Larned State Hospital. Colean McCoy, 55, of Great Bend, was charged in the August 5th escape of 50-year-old Perry Isley, from the hospital's sexual predator treatment program.

Isley was apprehended in Colorado a day later. He will be sentenced October 29th on a no-contest plea to aggravated escape.

McCoy will be sentenced December 18th. She faces more than 11 years in prison.
