AG Six Weighs in on Tiller Charges

He doesn't like how it was handled, but that doesn't mean the case should be thrown out.

Those comments in a written statement from Attorney General Steven Six, arguing against dismissal of charges against Doctor George Tiller.

Tiller faces 19 misdemeanor counts of not following the state's late-term abortion laws. Defense Attorneys say the case is tainted by an "obsessed" prosector, referring to former AG Phill Kline.

In court papers, current AG Six says he does not approve of how Kline handed the investigation, but it does not meet the burden for dismissal.
