A group of local credit unions is working together to help the community and those in need.
The Topeka Credit Union Foundation has donated more than $72,000 to local non-profit organizations in the past five years.
This year, the group will donate $10,500 to three local charities, including Boys and Girls Clubs of Topeka, Breakthrough House, and Housing Credit Counseling.
The Topeka Credit Union was founded in 2004.
